You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee, and the Mirado Station in Sidama's highlands is one of its finest modern expressions. Run by the Dukamo family through the award-winning Daye Bensa operation — a consistent Cup of Excellence performer — this lot uses the JARC 74158 varietal grown at 1,800–2,200 MASL, one of the highest growing altitudes in Ethiopian coffee production. The slow development at altitude concentrates the natural fruit sugars that define Ethiopian naturals.
The natural (dry) process dries the whole coffee cherry on raised beds, shaded from direct sunlight for approximately 20 days. This careful, slow drying unlocks the signature blueberry and plum character that makes Ethiopian naturals legendary — rich, sweet, and deeply complex. The natural (dry) process dries the whole coffee cherry with the fruit still on the bean, allowing the natural fruit sugars to absorb over approximately 20 days on raised, shaded beds. The result is a fuller-bodied, sweeter cup with pronounced blueberry and plum character — more complex and fruit-forward than washed coffees. The vanilla finish comes from the slow fermentation during drying.
