What's in the bag

One 10oz (280g) bag of whole bean dark espresso roast, specialty-grade Arabica.

How to brew it

• Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, in 25 to 30 seconds. Adjust the grind if the shot runs fast or slow.
• Moka pot: fill the basket firmly and brew on medium heat until you hear the gurgle.
• AeroPress (inverted): 17g of coffee, 200g of water at 205°F, a 2-minute steep, then press slowly.
