Pour-over with paper filter is the gentlest and most flavorful method — 15g coffee, 240g water at 200–205°F, slow circular pour. The paper filter removes oils that can irritate the stomach. Hope can be used for espresso, but it's optimized for pour-over, Chemex, and drip — methods that let its delicate floral and fruit notes shine. We roast in small batches every week at our California facility. Your bag ships within weeks — sometimes days — of roasting. The roast date is printed on every bag.
