Our Story – Why We Built a Mold-Free Allergen-Free Coffee

Dear Coffee Enthusiast,

As a lifelong coffee lover, there is nothing more comforting than the aroma of a fresh cup in the morning. But for many of us — including myself — coffee hasn't always been a source of joy. Instead, it came with discomfort: acid reflux, heartburn, bloating, or what I call my "sour stomach." No matter how much I loved the ritual, my body would pay the price.

After years of trial and error, I realized the problem wasn't me — it was the coffee. Supermarket brands were often high in acidity, bitter, poorly sourced, and sometimes even contaminated with mold or allergens. Despite keeping a healthy diet, every cup left me with discomfort and frustration.

The Problem With Regular Coffee

For those of us with sensitive stomachs, traditional coffee is often too harsh. High acidity triggers acid reflux. Bitterness makes every cup a battle. And worse — most mass-produced coffees are never tested for mold, mycotoxins, or allergens, leaving behind hidden health risks that few companies acknowledge or even think about.

I searched endlessly for a solution. I wanted a coffee that didn't make me choose between flavor and health. Something smooth, clean, gentle on the stomach — and completely safe for a family with severe food allergies. Nothing like that seemed to exist.

Then Came the Idea

Out of frustration — and a deep love for coffee — I decided to create my own. My goal was simple yet ambitious: to craft low acid, allergen-free, mold-free coffee that could be enjoyed without fear of stomach pain, heartburn, or hidden contaminants. A coffee that was smooth, flavorful, and safe for people with food sensitivities — and people who just want a cleaner, better cup.
