Auto Drip
1:15 ratio, 200°F water. The most familiar format for everyday decaf — smooth, consistent dark chocolate and caramel sweetness, easy on the stomach morning or evening.
Pour-Over
1:16 ratio, 200°F water, 3–4 minute total brew. The clearest way to experience the chocolate depth and bold body of this decaf. Particularly satisfying as an evening wind-down ritual.
Espresso
18g in, 36g out, 25–30 second extraction. Rich crema, bold chocolate character — genuinely impressive as a decaf espresso. Excellent after dinner or as the base for a late-night milk drink.
Cold Brew
