We ship within the United States only, on weekdays, usually via USPS.

Shipping Rates

• Standard (3–4 business days): FREE on orders of $35 or more. Orders under $35 ship for a flat $6.99.
• Expedited (2–3 business days): $14.99
• Express (1–2 business days): $19.99

Subscriptions: All subscription orders ship free.
