How to Brew Unity – Vietnam White Lotus

Pour-Over (Recommended)
1:16 ratio, 200°F water, 3–4 minute total brew. The cleanest way to experience the Earl Grey floral complexity alongside the chocolate and caramel base. White Lotus is genuinely surprising in pour-over — structured and layered in a way that rewards attention.
Auto Drip
1:15 ratio, 200°F water. A smooth, comforting everyday cup — the chocolate and nougat sweetness come through clearly and consistently. One of the most stomach-friendly daily drivers in the Unity lineup.
Espresso
18g in, 36g out, 25–30 second extraction. White Lotus pulls a thick-bodied, sweet shot with deep chocolate and caramel character. Clean, low-acid espresso that's gentle on sensitive stomachs — excellent straight or in milk drinks.
