What's In the Blend
Two coffees, nothing else. Half is our full-caffeine specialty-grade Arabica. The other half is decaffeinated with the natural Sugarcane EA process — ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane, a compound that also occurs naturally in fruit. No harsh solvents, and it tends to preserve more of the coffee's original sweetness than conventional methods.

1:16 ratio, medium grind. The easiest everyday method — and a paper filter makes for the gentlest cup.
Pour-Over
20–24g coffee to 320–380g water, 2:45–3:15 total brew time.
French Press
1:15 ratio, coarse grind, 4-minute steep. Full body and a rounder cup.
