Unity — Low Acid Mold-Free Medium Roast

Who it's for

Unity is for the person who wants one coffee that works in any brewer, from the first cup of the morning to the one in the afternoon.

Unity is our medium roast: Roaster's Choice beans, hand-selected for freshness and a low-acid profile, so the origin can change between batches while the smooth medium profile and our standards stay the same. Every batch is mold-free, Q-grader inspected and roasted in our dedicated allergen-free facility in California.

Why a single bag

A single 10oz (280g) bag of whole bean coffee is the easiest way to see whether Unity is your everyday roast before you stock up.

If it is, the Unity 3-Pack covers about six weeks of one to two cups a day, and the Unity Membership delivers it on a schedule. Still choosing a roast? The Discovery Pack puts Unity next to Bold Respect and Hope.

Frequently asked questions

Which brewers does Unity suit?

All of the common ones. Drip: 15g coffee to 240g water. Pour-over: 15g to 240g at 200 to 205°F. Espresso: 18g in, 36g out in 25 to 30 seconds. Cold brew: 1:8, steeped 12 to 24 hours in the fridge.

Does the origin change from bag to bag?

It can. Unity is our Roaster's Choice medium roast: we hand-select low-acid Arabica and origins rotate with availability. The roast level and Pangea standards stay the same, and each origin brings its own small differences to the cup.

Is Unity sold whole bean or ground?

Every bag ships whole bean. Grind just before brewing for the freshest cup.

What does shipping cost for one bag?

Standard shipping is a flat $6.99 on orders under $35 and free on orders of $35 or more. Subscribing to Unity makes every delivery ship free.
