Use 18g of coffee in, 36g out, in 25–30 seconds. Adjust your grind if the shot runs too fast or too slow. This produces a classic double shot with thick crema and no bitterness.

Fill the basket firmly and brew on medium heat until you hear the gurgle. You'll get a bold, traditional Italian-style coffee that's easy on the stomach.
AeroPress (Inverted)
